Like generations of parents before me I sing
‘Standing on an ice chest, staring at the sunset’
Changing lyrics I don’t understand.
In a fit of honesty I confess that Hotline Bling
Doesn’t wholly disgust me to which I earned
A volley of ‘I knew it’s and sprinkler head dance moves.
Watching my four year old dancing, eating clementines
As her brothers clean their room might make me shake my head
But it’s on my forever reel winding round my soul.
Inspired by my four year old who has some fierce dance moves.
